What is the difference between this coffee and the Alegreme espresso?
Both use the same selection of beans and are roasted over wood, but Alegreme’s coffee beans have a coarser grind, ideal for filtering methods such as V60, Chemex or electric coffee makers. The result is a smoother cup, but still rich and intense.
What is the flavor profile of this coffee?
It presents toasted, chocolatey and slightly earthy notes, with a medium body and low acidity. Wood roasting accentuates the depth of flavors, offering a rich and comforting experience in every sip.
What is the best method to prepare this coffee?
